A safe pair of hands
All our dentists adhere to the strict guidelines governing the profession under strict guidance from the General Dental Council (GDC) “Standards for Dental Professionals”.
Dr Marcus Spry BDS
(GDC No. 60826)
Dr Marcus Spry BDS has spent many years practicing in Kent. He qualified from the Royal London Hospital Dental Institute in 1985 where he was also a clinical tutor. Marcus established Fresh Dental Care in 2008 with the vision of offering patients a refreshingly personal service. He designed the practice to be welcoming and friendly, a place where you can come to feel relaxed and cared for, as well as confident that we will help you make the most of your appearance and overall wellbeing.
With a wealth of experience in general dentistry, Marcus is particularly interested in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, Invisalign® (clear brace orthodontics) and facial aesthetics, having extensively trained in these areas.
Marcus is passionate about his job and providing the highest standards in modern dentistry, which means that he is constantly learning and developing his skills to stay abreast of the latest techniques and technology. With his warm and reassuring chair-side manner, Marcus chats easily to his patients, making them feel heard and understood, and has a deserved reputation as a safe pair of hands.
Dental Hygienist and Therapist
(GDC No. 191853)
Having previously trained as a Dental Technician at the Royal London Hospital and then a Dental Nurse, Sophie qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist in 2011 from Kings College Hospital London.
Although Sophie continues with her post graduate development, she has also climbed Mount Kilimanjaro for charity, is a qualified open water scuba diver and has spent 6 weeks in Malaysia as part of a World Challenge scheme. She also volunteered and worked as part of the Polyclinic at the 2012 Olympics, meeting and treating athletes and their families.
Louise Spry BA (Hons) Dip AD
Louise is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of Fresh Dental Care, as well as the practice’s planning and development. She has worked closely with Marcus for more than twenty years in the management of previous dental practices, and very much shares the practice ethos that clients should receive personalised care, attention and support.
When she is not at work, Louise can usually be found in her garden or visiting a gallery or museum. She is also a graduate designer.
